Title: “The anchored services in Europe: the organisation of work and employee representation in the context of globalisation, contract awarding and the role of clients”

Objective: investigating the work organisation and the employees‘ representation in the 'anchored' services in Europe. Methods: secondary analysis of case studies, interviews in companies and with social partners; Sectors covered – cleaning, contract catering, waste collection, elderly care.
